There is no Secret to Obtaining
a Perfect Body... |

 ...you
just need somebody to show you how! People often ask what it
takes to look good, and I usually tell them, it's more than
just working out. Looking good is always connected to a variety
of components, it is a combination of: feeling good, eating
right, and living a balanced life. I call it, The Power
that comes from within.
Why
The Power that comes from within?
We
are a product of our environment, physically and mentally. Everything
we experience, the food, ideas, words, books, discussions...
whatever, impacts our mental and physical health. In a holistic
approach, the overall quality not quantity of everything we
consume, spiritual or physical, is essential to our well-being.
Holistic
approach, that's interesting
Let
me explain, you could go to the gym 5 days a week and do a mediocre
workout for 2 hours a day and not see positive results. As opposed
to going to the gym 3 days a week and doing a real intense cardio
and weight training routine for an hour and a half, and seeing
dramatic results. You could eat french fries every day, an overabundance
of food, but you'd still lack essential nutrients, and in the
long run your body would suffer from deficits.
Well,
the bottom line is, it's the quality, or even better the accessibility
of quality that's essential. The quality of food we eat, knowledge
and experience, and proper physical activities is what matters.
All this combined creates that The Power that comes from
within, that makes people look beautiful and strong. And
this is my mantra; this is what I communicate to my customers.
This
sounds so simple.
It
is, but in our culture we suffer from this misconception that
only highly complex solutions are the most beneficial. There
are food and exercise gurus at every corner offering their
fool proof solutions, usually questionable and contradicting
magic potions and gadgets. So we end up being confused and frustrated.
For me it is essential to filter out all the confusing information
and help people get back to the simple solutions of life. Simple,
isn't it?
Thank
you, Loren.
